WatchWink is a movie and television discovery tool. It helps narrow choices; it does not sell, rent, stream, or guarantee access to any title.
Using WatchWink
You may use WatchWink for personal, lawful entertainment discovery. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated methods that place unreasonable demand on the site or third-party services.
Recommendations and ratings
Recommendations, match percentages, Wink comments, and Taste suggestions are subjective guidance generated from your selections and available metadata. Viewer scores shown as TMDB data come from TMDB, not IMDb and not WatchWink. Availability, release dates, runtimes, credits, ratings, and other metadata can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
Streaming and purchases
Provider information is informational and may change without notice. Confirm availability, subscription requirements, rental or purchase prices, regional restrictions, parental ratings, and playback terms with the provider before acting.
Third-party content and links
WatchWink links to or embeds services such as TMDB and YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. WatchWink does not control their content, availability, advertising, recommendations, or technical performance.
Accounts
Keep your password safe. Forgotten-password recovery requires access to your verified email address. Sync requires connectivity; keep private exports as backups. Account deletion is permanent and does not erase copies on offline devices or your original guest data.
Your saved data and share links
Local preferences may disappear if browser storage is cleared, the browser profile changes, private browsing ends, or the device is lost. Keep share links private when appropriate. You are responsible for names or other text you choose to place in a shared link.
Intellectual property
WatchWink’s original interface, branding, and Wink character are owned by their respective creator. Movie and television artwork, names, trailers, trademarks, and metadata belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and discovery.
Service changes and disclaimer
The service may change, pause, or stop without notice. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of any title. To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for losses arising from reliance on recommendations, third-party information, or service interruption.

For questions about these terms, contact the site owner through Rack Focus Cinema. These terms and the privacy notice are practical product documents and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a commercial or large-scale public launch.
WW Score and shared reviews
Synced account ratings contribute to WW Score, an aggregate average and rating count for each title. Guest ratings contribute only after account import and sync. Written reviews and your username become visible to anyone with the review link only when you choose Publish review & score. Saved notes are not included. Stop sharing revokes the link; clearing a rating removes it from WW Score. Recipients may retain their own copies.
